Do we need Him to be a lion or a moth?
I have no idea all that God is ultimately going to do through this ministry, and it’s better that way. The less that I know, I believe the more effectively He will be able to work through me. And one thing I have learned for sure, is that God loves to take our inadequacies and weaknesses and work through them.
I am currently reading Jentzen Franklin’s book, ”Right People, Right Place, Right Plan”, and one excerpt says that God is like a Moth, you can hear Him and sense His presence, but only when you’re keen to him because He comes softly. However, He can be like a lion if He needs to be, but only if you’re that’s what He has to do to get your attention. For those that aren’t sensitive enough to Him to sense softness.
How about you? How does God have to show up for you to know that you have experienced Him? And when life around you is just a blur from all the things going on, do you have the peace of God, or is there confusion?
